Last Saturday I attended a lunch to thank Rep. Ellen Tauscher for her work securing $36 million in federal tax dollars to widen Highway 4 in eastern Contra Costa.
I presented her with a replica of the thank you signs Finish4Now.com posted to celebrate this historic accomplishment.
