This week my new colleagues at the City of Antioch took me to one of the town’s best hamburger joints – Hazel’s on West 10th – for my birthday. They challenged me to try the Willy burger. As you can see – it’s a lot of burger and a lot of bun. And for the record – I did not finish it. However I did have fun.

The plan envisions ordinary citizens serving their state in an important role for a short time and for minimal compensation. It is an interesting concept. Come to think of it, it sounds a whole lot like what the founders had in mind from the beginning.

Wells Fargo Web Doesn’t Like IE7
I’ve been trying out Microsoft’s new Internet Explorer 7 beta. I like the tabbed browsing capabilities. Just one problem. The Wells Fargo Bank website doesn’t recognize IE7 and after signing in WF tells me it no longer supports WebTV and I should upgrade my browser.
Luckily there’s another computer in the house when I just have to know my current bank balance.
